Mark James is a founding partner of White Summers, Caffee & James, LLP (formerly White & Lee) and works in the firm’s Portland and Central Oregon offices. Mr. James practices in the general areas of corporate, commercial, intellectual property and securities law. He works closely with clients in the development of their business plans and financing strategy, as well as the negotiation and implementation of complex commercial relationships and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. James also leads our firm’s trademark practice and has extensive experience in financial and valuation modeling.

Prior to joining White & Lee in 1999, Mr. James performed research and transaction analysis at Shaw Ventures, LLC and Genesis Merchant Group Securities. Mr. James received his Masters of Business Administration and law degrees in 1999 at the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1995.
