Liora Kulik is a corporate associate at the firm’s Silicon Valley office. Liora maintains a corporate and transactional practice focused on emerging-growth companies, venture capital financing, debt transactions, corporate partnerships, and various other corporate transactions with an emphasis on the technology sectors. Liora is certified as an attorney in both California and in Israel. Prior to joining White Summers Liora worked as a corporate associate at Cooley LLP, Palo Alto and in one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Liora graduated from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem School of Law and holds a LL.M. from Berkeley School of Law, with Law & Technology Certificate.
Liora is fluent in Hebrew, English and Russian.
