As a Corporate Associate at the firm’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices, Jessica counsels technology startups and entrepreneurs on incorporation, early stage financing, governance, licensing, commercial partnerships and various other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining White Summers Caffee and James, LLP, Jessica worked on the business side and in-house at a late-stage Bay Area technology startup. Jessica has experience with major business transactions, such as securing various forms of financings, as well as corporate governance matters, reviewing customer-facing marketing content, and ensuring compliance with consumer protection, privacy, advertising, and other regulations.
